CNG With HHO Boost?
I heard someone talking about a car run on CNG with HHO boost.
CNG drops power and millage from regular gasoline which is no eal problem because of the price difference and the major inprovement in emmissions. Woud it be feasable to add in HHO for a boost in power? On new cars with ECU controled engines, a program or CNG should work with HHO.
Of course we still have the problem of government regulatons, everything has to pass them! and if your middle name isn’t "Oil" you have to pay double. This is the problem with HHO or any alternate fuel in new cars. the everyday person can’t afford and doesn’t know how for that matter to reprogram their ECU (most calabrations are locked out anyway). Therefor they can’t make their engine run on anything but the most expensive gasoline.
So you say oil companies didn’t have any say in those regulations? Nice work! Our government regulations putting even more money into foreign hands!
Back to my origanal question……. I am sure HHO and Hydrogen will be at least part of the fuel of the future an dthere are quite a few kits out for converting to CNG and promise of CNG power from the factories (Toyota will be first, are we ever going to wake up?) Will they be adaptable to HHO? I know CNG is high pressure, so would propane kits work with their low pressure systems?
I don’t know. Do You? I wish I had the 700 billion we put into foreign oil every year, I could tell you in a few days and would have affordable vehicles rolling off the assembly lines within months running on every option but gasoline or diesel! Oh…. Don’t worry I would have heating and cooling systems running off renewable energy for your homes to.
