How can one say "Change and Success"..
have "Common Factors" you’re probably asking yourselves?
For many, many years I have always believed that change starts with one person. Every day of our Lives, we make decisions that forever changes the direction in which we walk through life. For better or worse, once those decisions are made, they cannot be reversed.
Take the Transportation Industry for example, Many of you may remember a time when truckers were known as "Knights of the Road". That was the time if you ran into any trouble while traveling and needed help for one reason or another, usually the first person to stop and help, was usually a trucker. It was this very reason that led to my 12 year career in driving the "Big Rigs". The chance to let people know that not all truck drivers were mindless, sleep deprived fools only caring about how big their paychecks were going to be.
The same is true with "Success". If you keep your goals firmly set in your minds, in your actions, and in every-thing you do on a "Daily Basis" , YOU will become a success in whatever you attempt.
Both of these factors "will not come along easy"! They will take work Physically, Mentally, and Emotionally. It’s something you have to want so badly, you can feel it, taste it, and do whatever it takes to achieve it.
To quote a phrase that’s very loosely thrown around these days, "It’s a Mindset" that you need to keep with you all the time." Even then, it is also something that is very easy to do, after all no one gets up in the morning and tell themselves, " I think I’m going to FAIL today" do they? By no means is this the case!
You may need to re-think the ways you do things; eliminate obstacles you may already have, and be prepared to deal with obstacles that can, and probably will occur as you continue forward.
You may have to learn new things, although that in itself is a constant learning process, and find better ways to do things you already know. There should never be a day come up where you fail to learn anything new.

Thankyou for that great advise Steven, I myself do learn every day. Keeping the grey matter working is the secret to feeling young.
Hello Steven,
A little coment on this excellent write-up. If no one gets up in the morning saying “Today, I will fail!” one needs to bear in mind that motivation is a constant and maybe a daily necessity. It is not natural! Similar to a car, even the fastest car out there, they all need to warm up and go through the many gears before settling into their specific cruise speed. Us humans can obviously modify their cruise speeds with some training.
Talk soon. Regards, Robert.
