The Power Of Ning Social Networks

Ning has been a hot website for some time now.

Ning makes it easy for anyone to create their own social network in any niche they desire!  Hundreds of thousands of people know this already!  I run 3 and am co-Admin on 2 more!

The Power>>>>>

Comes from

-Its Rank

-Its Traffic

-The shear amount of members!

-The categories or niches

-Their Member Blogs

-Their Member Forum

-RSS

-The ability to invite your friends, on any Ning network to any other Ning network you are a member of with one click!

There is much more going on over the Ning network of course but  I think that gets my point across. Those of you that have followed me for a while know I started the IMIC (Internet Marketers Inner Circle) and the IMIC Ning Project.

The IMIC Ning project is a novel idea to simply join unconnected and non category spasific Ning networks through a common group.  This will connect people that never before would!  Anyone can start and run their own IMIC Group by joining the min network HERE then starting a group on any Ning network they are a member of. After your group is set up simply list it on the IMIC main network with your description of the network you started the group on.  Use keywords in your descriptions so your network will be searchable on the main IMIC network. You will get much more exposure as admin of the group which will build your Ning friends quickly! Your Ning Network will grow faster because of exposure through IMIC!

All very simple!

Building "You" on Ning

  1. Target your profile to how what you do can help their members.
  2. Make sure to be "You" and ad enough about you that readers know who they are dealing with.
  3. Post blogs
  4. Post in  the Forums
  5. Browse the members and invite to be friends
  6. Comment on others profiles
  7. Do Not make 3, 4, and 6 blatant ads
  8. Add RSS from your blog, Twitter or other site you use often to your profile page.
  9. Always use a photo of  "YOU"
  10. Use your name or the name you will be "Branding" in all online work.
