Fear is perhaps the BIGGEST block to Manifestations of all kind, Wealth, relationship, health and abundance in general. As always, fear and doubt go hand-in-hand especially when it comes to Wealth Manifestations.

I am going to explain this in detail, because I want to show you how you can apply the trinity system (the conscious mind, the
subconscious mind, and your belief in your higher self) to handle fear.

BUT, let me clear something first.

How we HANDLE fear is what can either multiply Manifestations or just roll them back and block them. In fact, once you master the HANDLING of fear, you will start manifesting GREAT things in your life, by LEAPS AND BOUNDS. I absolutely GAURANTEE that.

So, let’s examine fear for a moment and after I will explain why (at the end I will summarize)

What is fear and what is it trying to tell you?

Fear is a message to you, saying:

"I think you are not prepared for what’s coming!"

This message is not a bad message on its own. It’s simply a message. In fact, it can be very helpful at times.

BUT

Now, how you respond to this message is going to make all the difference in the world. There are different ways that you can respond to the message of fear, but only one of them leads to great manifestations.

Here they are:

Some people take the power of this message and turn it into worry. How? They take it inside and internalize it . What does that do? You guessed it!  That impresses your subconscious mind remember: subconscious mind is impacted by strong emotions
and feelings. Worrisome images and negative thoughts will only impress your subconscious mind and manifest more of them.

And, of course, you don’t want that…

So firstly, DON’T push the fear deep down and turn it into worry and negative emotions. That may even lead to depression and major blocks to manifestations. So, what should you do?

Since you don’t want to impress the subconscious mind with negative thoughts, instead of internalizing the fear, you should externalize it. Use your conscious mind to take action. Let the conscious mind deal with it, NOT the subconscious mind.

Remember:

Always, impress your subconscious mind with JOYFUL feelings only, and protect it from negative emotions. Now, you may ask "How do I use my conscious mind to deal with fear?" Valid question!

There are two ways that you can use your conscious mind to deal with fear, and only one of these two leads to great manifestations. Some people externalize the fear and take action BUT, they do it destructively by being aggressive or angry. I’d say an absolute NO-NO to that. That may give some people temporary relief, but it’s not socially acceptable and most important, it does not address the message that fear had in the first place, which was "I don’t think you are prepared!"

So finally, here’s the BEST response:

Take Action Constructively. That means that you should see what it is that you think you need to do to be prepared? And take concrete steps. That’s the BEST way to erase fears without impacting your subconscious mind with worry images. So, in handling fear you should use your conscious mind. After all, That’s all fear was trying to tell you: "You think you are not prepared". Once you recognize that and address it, it will go away.

Every time, fear starts showing its face, call it! "OK, you are trying to tell me I am not prepared?" and then take action towards
preparation. It’ll go away when you recognize its message and take action. Also, believing in your Higher Self while taking action, makes your fears smaller and smaller and farther away.

Now, the next level is to go even deeper into the advanced level and address the preparation. That’s where you can unleash the power of the subconscious mind…

The Awakened

Children are the awakened. No conditioning, no thoughts consuming there mind, no ego trying to fragment reality. I find it funny because people "seeking enlightenment" are just trying to become what they once were as a child, a completely open and aware stream of consciousness with no thoughts or preconceived notions dictating or judging their experience.

There have been studies that have shown that a child’s brain is almost always in a state of creativity, where as an adults brain is in a state of stress. I can’t remember when I started analyzing and judging my experiences but I do remember a time when I thought less in the moment than I do now. The 21 years of experience and conditioning I have gone through now seems to be more of a burden than a blessing, although with out it, I doubt I would be seeking awareness.

When I was a child growing up I always wanted to know what the adults knew, do what the adults did, and be like the adults were. Now as I reach the Global legal age I realize that I want to go beyond what the adults above my generation understood. I want to re-member.

It seems as though we are taught to always want to get somewhere. We as human beings seem to have this desire to be needed or of having to do something. We want purpose. Yet this is what creates our suffering. Ultimately, there is nothing we "have" to do, there are no "guidelines or rules" to life. What we believe to be "guidelines or rules" are simply just ideas created by us that we mistake to be real. We’re using our imagination to make things up and then claiming it to be real… Does any one else find this peculiar?

As a child we had no responsibilities, and this allowed us to thrive in the moment and to be anything that we wanted to be. We didn’t have to worry about the past or the future all we had was the joy of the moment. As we got older we started to think that "We know better now than we did as a child" we think that there are things that "we have to do", responsibilities that "we have to fulfill". Yet even these are just simple creations of the mind, nothing more than the fragmentation and separation of the whole experience of reality.

So many times have I heard people say, "I wish I was a child again, nothing to worry about, no responsibilities". Yet this statement is an oxy moron, because we are still children, there are no responsibilities, only in the illusion of the mind do we create these things. If there is one thing that I have learned in my 21 years of existence it is that "Thoughts Create Reality". What you believe you will perceive.

So the goal is not to become a child again, but it is to think like a child. See every experience as a new one and enjoy every moment. Let go of the attachment to our ego and surrender to the beauty of the present moment. Be here now and become aware of your unity with the entirety of the universe. We create our own reality; simply choose what you want to create and be awakened.

Creation of Self

Whether you realize it or not you do this every single day of your life; you think, say and do the things that create and re-create who you are. Constructions of your experiences: your thoughts, feelings and actions give you the life you see in front of you. No matter who you are, where you come from, what you look like or how much money you have you are always creating your self as you choose in every moment (your preconceived perception of a moment/experience is a notion from your past which defines who you are).

The process of self creation is something that all humans do; there is no escaping this process. This "in a sense" is life. The key to mastering this process is to first realize that you created who you are and to take responsibility for all of your actions, beliefs etc; the second is to become aware of who you choose to be and to actively apply your knowledge of cause and effect (what actions get you what results) to the process. The process is always "working" although it doesn’t mean that YOU are working with the process to get the results you want.

The process of self creation is not an over night thing. How long did it take to create who you are today? I assure you, it does not take that long to re-create yourself… unless it does and that is based solely on what you choose to do.

When it comes to self creation here are two simple but powerful truths:

1) What you think about you become.
2) Becoming who you choose to be is the result of doing things in a certain way.

Knowing this, if you think about the grandest vision of yourself, and choose to do things in a certain way that get you the results to achieve the grandest vision of yourself, ultimately, you will become that grander vision…

It’s all about manifesting the idea of yourself and doing things in a certain way to get the results you want. I know it sounds simplistic but if people could consciously follow those simple concepts, and work with the process we would have a lot happier society (assuming that what people wanted was coming from the grandest idea that they had about themselves)

So with this, figure out what YOUR grandest vision of you is and do everything you need to do to get there. Do nothing but that. Only do what you do, to move you towards that higher vision of yourself, don’t let anything slow you down. Make your passion for the new you so strong that no matter what some else wants you to do you wouldn’t do it unless it supports that higher vision of yourself that you see.

Then you will know yourself as yourself and you will see the grand creation of you that you are. You will know you have reached this place when you can look in the mirror and truly see yourself.

Precious Gift

A wise woman who was traveling in the mountains found a precious stone in a stream.

The next day she met another traveler who was hungry, and the wise woman opened her bag to share her food. The hungry traveler saw the precious stone and asked the woman to give it to him.

She did so without hesitation.

The traveler left rejoicing in his good fortune. He knew the stone was worth enough to give him security for a lifetime. But, a few days later, he came back to return the stone to the wise woman.

"I’ve been thinking," he said.

"I know how valuable this stone is, but I give it back in the hope that you can give me something even more precious. Give me what you have within you that enabled you to give me this stone."

Sometimes it’s not the wealth you have but what’s inside you that others need.

Life’s Abundance

Some practical ways to build life’s abundance include:

Increase your willingness to give. A Course in Miracles teaches us, "Give a little more than you think you can, a little more than you feel comfortable with." The key here, is "a little more." Throughout each day we have numerous opportunities to give, and we grow in abundance as we act on those opportunities. Just a little stretch is all that’s required in order for us to experience a sense of true giving.

Keep your intentions pure. Remember that you are always the giver and receiver. Most people unconsciously give to get something in return: appreciation, recognition, payment, etc. Be willing to give to others in a way that you would want to be given to. Before you give, ask yourself, What am I doing this for?" If the answer is "Because I want to give, just to give, and I expect nothing in return," and you mean it, then trust that your intention is pure of heart.

Practice receiving with graciousness. So many times, we discount compliments or refuse to receive what another wants to give. Low self-worth convinces us we don’t deserve the compliment or gift, or distrust tells us that if we receive something, we’ll be obligated. It’s important to remember that you cannot truly give if you’re unwilling to receive, for they compliment each other like a hand and glove. All of us are connected with every living thing and our interdependence is the sacred web of life we exist within.

Give in those situations where you feel the most lack. In what area of your life do you feel the most scarcity? For some it’s money, recognition or approval, for others it’s time, and still for others it is love, affection or companionship. Determine where you feel the greatest lack then allow it to come fully into your awareness. These areas are your greatest opportunities for practicing abundance because the place you most need to give is the area in which you are feeling the most lack. The initial reaction, of course, is to grab on even harder and faster, but that will only take you further into the quicksand of emptiness. Ask Spirit for guidance, then be willing to give. The results are truly miraculous. As you begin giving in situations where you once felt lack, your giving will fill you up until there’s no more room for anything but a sense of completion and abundance. Be gentle with yourself and validate yourself for reaching out instead of pulling back.

Remember, your daily thoughts, feelings and actions are the "brushstrokes" that create the portrait of your entire life. They are the details that make up the whole. Are your brushstrokes leading you to a work of art that clearly represents your life? When you leave Earth, how do you want to be remembered? As a person who was genuine and authentic and gave with an open heart? As someone who dared to live life fully without reservation? Ask yourself if you’re willing to be remembered for: 1) Dared to have lived, or 2) Having lived in dread? "Dared" and "dread" have the same letters in it. Which one do you want to be remembered by?

Imagining it’s the end of your life and capturing a life’s portrait that supports how you want to be remembered is the first step. Observing your daily brushstrokes to see if they are congruent with your "ending" is second. Again, be gentle. The places where you are not congruent mean only that you have some fear.

You were born to live a life that creates and represents your own unique masterpiece. Life’s abundance is your birthright. As you gently practice giving from your heart, day-by-day, hour-by-hour, and moment-by-moment, you will one day look back with no regrets, but with a heart overflowing with love, appreciation and gratitude.

A water bearer had two large pots, one hung on each end of a pole which he carried across his neck. One of the pots had a crack in it, and while the other pot was perfect and always delivered a full portion of water.

At the end of the long walk from the stream to the master’s house, the cracked pot always arrived only half full. For two years this went on daily, with the bearer delivering only one and a half pots full of water to his master’s house. Of course, the perfect pot was proud of its accomplishments, fulfilled in the design for which it was made. But the poor cracked pot was ashamed of its own imperfection, and miserable that it was unable to accomplish what it had been made to do.

After two years of enduring this bitter shame, the pot spoke to the water bearer one day by the stream. "I am ashamed of myself and I apologize to you." "Why?" asked the bearer. "What are you ashamed of?" "I have been able, for these past two years, to deliver only half my load because this crack in my side causes water to leak out all the way back to your master’s house. Because of my flaws, you have to do all of this work, and you don’t get full value from your efforts," the pot said.

The water bearer felt sorry for the old cracked pot, and in his compassion he said, "As we return to the master’s house, I want you to notice the beautiful flowers along the path." Indeed, as they went up the hill, the old cracked pot took notice of the sun warming the beautiful wild flowers on the side of the path, and was cheered somewhat. But at the end of the trail, it still felt the old shame because it had leaked out half its load, and so again the pot apologized to the bearer for its failure.

The bearer said to the pot, "Did you not notice that there were flowers only on your side of the path, and not on the other pot’s side? That’s because I have always known about your flaw, and I took advantage of it. I planted flower seeds on your side of the path, and every day while we’ve walked back from the stream, you’ve watered them. For two years I have been able to pick these beautiful flowers to decorate my master’s table. Without you being just the way you are, he would not have this beauty to grace his house."

Each of us has flaws. We’re all cracked pots. But if we will allow Him, the Lord will use our flaws to grace His Father’s table. In God’s great economy, nothing goes to waste. Don’t be afraid of your flaws. Acknowledge them, and you, too, can bring something beautiful to the Father.

Desiderata

Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.

As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.

Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons; they are vexations to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble, it’s a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantement, it is as perrenial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.

Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive him to be. And whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul. With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.

Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

I have this hanging on one of the walls in my home, and often stop and read it, it always inspires me.Most people are familiar with this poem, but thought it worth putting here in case some are not.
