Twitter is HOT! Are Your In?

If you are marketing online and aren’t using Twitter, you are missing on the HOTTEST thing on the net right now! (well Facebook is not far behind)

I had been using Twitter for quite a while but didn’t believe its potential only having about 72 followers… until lately when some friends were talking about how well it was working for them. Of course I had been receiving the emails about all the new Twitter tools coming out also, but had brushed them off to do the work I thought was more important! ( I did add Twitter Tools To my blog and the blog network to tie Twitter and the blogs together and cut a little work. )

Well….. the Twitter noise kept building…. I was hearing god things from more people! I really do not like online gadgets and gimics that trick people or search engines because who ever you are tricking always find out and you end up paying so hadn’t looked at any of the Twitter Tools.  Finally I gave in and watched a couple of videos and did some reading……

Luckily I am a good listener and remembered the pro’s and con’s of the tools my friends had tried…… added that info to the video and reading I had done and decided I was going to try Tweet Later.

I signed up for free and set up my account. you can set it to auto follow or un-follow if they don’t Tweet or you can set a few other options. The Auto follow (or you can manually approve) will send each your message when you approve them. Of course you can set recuring Tweets or set a timed string of tweets leading to an event time or building excitement to launch time. You can also manage multi Twitter acounts from your Tweet Later panel. I had been thinking about another twitter and now might need to help add to the CMU7 Twitter account from time to time.

After I had set up and tried out Tweet Later for my main account "burrdnut"    I decided I would set up my new Twitter account for the project I am working on "IMIC1".  …..

Are Ya Ready For This?

24 hours later….. My burrdnut Twitter account now has 84 followers! My new account has 13 followers and I did nothing but set it up and test it with a couple of tweets! 12 on one account and 13 on the other. A huge improvement over my old account I had had over a year and only having 72 followers of which most have been added in the last few months. I think I like it! I think I will put some more effort into Tweeting through Tweet Later!

Don’t be Afraid of Change

One mistake I always make in my internet marketing is. I do not move from one portion of my small online business that is not producing results or has poor results. I instead keep trying to improve on it. This is OK in some cases but one chance is all anything should get.

I was always getting thousands of emails from every person and program I had been involved with, I kept links to sites I hardly ever use….. I even  kept working at pushing traffic to affiliate products that I could not seem to sell just because……

I have cut hours out of my schedule by using spam filters and opting out of product and program lists that I no longer need or ever even read the emails.  I am turning my business proactive by dropping projects that do not create interest or produce results I am looking for.  I do not "chase" prospects and customers trying to get them to sign with or buy from me. I have learned the only way to do that is with your autoresponder. They are automatic once set up and take little of my time. I am now working on social network profile pages that will draw interest to my business without my "being there" every day.

We all have the potential of a huge funnel of highly targeted traffic just from the sites and communities we are involved in. I know I am constantly changing what I am involved with and working to set up targeted traffic funnels from what I have created in the past few years. My blog network, even though it’s database crashed has been an easy way for me to bring in loads of visitors or customers. My main blog HereIsYours.com that was not connected to the network and not affected by the crash even though it is older and holds more content receives less traffic. This proves 2 points.

1. The blog network works hundreds of times better for growing traffic than an single hosted blog.
2. I have left my main blog as is, actually working harder with it for less traffic. It is time for CHANGE!

So I have started the process of weeding out what has not been working on my main blog and will be adding more information about what I do and why it can help you succeed. I hope this information about me helps you as well!

Lost in WebSpace

The life of the normal Internet marketer.

I joined this great program that has products that work for me and I want to help others get the same benefits I have!

The Porgram also promised me a recurring income if I shared my good fortune!

They gave me a web page and a bunch of great tools to market it with!

WOW! I do not understand how to use these marketing tools, they said were so easy and worked so well……

Support sent me some instructions but I still am not sure if I am doing this right, it still is not making me any sales…..

There are people getting a bunch of signups and even sales! I tried to ask them what I was doing wrong………

One of my upline suggests I join a lead program under him….. He says I will make the cost back in  no time……

I am calling 50 people a week and only getting 1 or 2 signups…… and still no online sales!

WOOOO HOOOO! I made an online sale! I am sure I will make my money back in no time now!

I am paying for more leads and am getting less signups….. not another online sale yet!

They upped the price of the product and I don’t see how I can afford to keep buying it! I want to because it works!

Maybe if I do some paid advertising I can make up the difference………

I have to stop buying the product because the paid advertising did not work!………..

I joined this great program that has products that work for me and I want to help others get the same benefits I have!………….
